Ola O. Smit is a food, lifestyle and travel photographer currently living in London. She is co-founder of Tablemagazine and co-creator of countless colourful cakes with her daughter, Zoe.
Philippa Langley is a London-based photographer whose work focuses on food, lifestyle and portraiture. As a fan of anything sweet and bite-sized, she particularly enjoyed sampling the chouquettes at Maître Choux (no.35 in the guide).
